 Cesar reside en Puerto Rico. Él es un ministro competente de Dios, instrumentista, cantante, y compositor.  En el curso del tiempo, Cesar a registrado y compuesto mas de 100 canciones, incluyendo musica y letra.  Como musico solista el tambien toca música instrumental en vivo en el saxofón, trompeta, teclados, y muchos otros instrumentos.
